Connect Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. No unofficial bridges, no ban risk.
1. Create a Meta developer app
Register free at developers.facebook.com, create a Business app and add the WhatsApp product.
2. Copy Phone Number ID + token
In the WhatsApp → API Setup panel, copy your Phone Number ID and generate a token (use a permanent system-user token for production).
3. Paste into LiteChatbot dashboard
Dashboard → WhatsApp Settings → paste credentials and click Generate Webhook URL. Requires Lifetime Pass (launching soon).
4. Set the webhook in Meta
Copy the webhook URL back into Meta's WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook, subscribe to messages, verify and save.
5. Test from your phone
Message your business number — customers now chat with the same knowledge base as your website widget.
