Data retention & deletion
- WP plugin chat logs auto-prune after 30 days; uninstalling wipes everything.
- SaaS chat history is deleted when you close your account — ask anytime and we confirm in writing.
WhatsApp & Meta compliance
- You connect through Meta's official Cloud API under your own business number.
- Follow Meta's Commerce and Business Messaging policies: no spam, honor opt-outs, use approved templates for proactive notifications.
- Violations can get your number restricted by Meta — that's between you and Meta, not us.
